The plastic itself can become marked. Thinking it was a great product I decided I would buy another pack and replace the marked one. On attempting to remove the first application, it took a large area of paint off the sill. I will be contacting the manufacturer to ask them to pay for the repainting, failing that, to serve legal papers. I have photos mid-removal, showing the tape taking the paint off.
