This item looks and feels extremely cheap. The packaging box also looked cheap as well. The bowls were roughly packaged in, as though someone else returned it, and it was sent back out. Additionally, there were cracks in the silicone bottom, which speaks enough for the quality of this product. I’ve had silicone bottom bowls for years from other brands that are still in tact; it’s unacceptable for this brand’s bowls to be damaged brand new. I am glad that I inspected the item upon receipt.
