While I can admit that the price I got this at was great, that is the only thing I am happy with. When I went to install this program on my laptop, I was notified that it was not compatible with my CPU. I hit the information button to gather more data and found out that this program is NOT compatible with any ARM processor. There is no reference to this being an issue when you look under the Amazon listing and there is nothing that recommends you check your computer before buying the product. Since this product is not available for a refund, their only recommendation is for you to "install it on a different device" or "give it to your family to use". I am thankful that I bought this at a discounted price because I would be even more furious than I am now if I had bought this product at its original +$150 value. I would like for the company, in the future, to make their potential customers aware that there is a possibility for the product they are offering and the device the customer owns to be incompatible.
