I am very disappointed with the HP ENVY Photo 7155 printer. I set it up and installed the ink cartridges that came with it. I had a small setup issue that was resolved with an HP technician. This person encouraged me to sign up for the Instant Ink program. I did enroll in the program. A few weeks later replacement cartridges arrived. Of course, the black ink ran out first. I replaced that cartridge with the cartridge supplied by Instant Ink. The printer informed me that the ink cartridge was COUNTERFEIT and that proceeding would void the warranty. I purchased an HP 64XL cartridge (for $40) and installed it. The alignment process failed. Again, I was in touch with HP and was told that as long as the printer was enrolled in the Instant Ink program that the purchased cartridge would not align. I was finally able to find a way to chat with Instant Ink and was told that they would un-enroll my printer. Attempts to align the cartridge continue to fail. Checking the status of the printer I noticed that the color cartridge (shipped with the printer) is also COUNTERFEIT. Makes me question the integrity of HP and certainly the Instant Ink Program. I would NEVER recommend and HP product.
