I purchased this bag only TWO months ago. I was so happy with the bag and how it looked! It came with the padded inserts (bright yellow) with optional dividers and a removable top. The bag does have a zipper at the top to allow you to zip it closed, but the two strap buckles in the front sufficed for me. Two pockets in the front, and a pocket on each side of the bag. With this bag, I was able to carry the body of the camera, 2 telephoto zoom lens, 1 prime lens, foldable case of filters (glass), extra battery pack, my cellphone, cleaning cloths, my keys, 2 lens hood, and my sunglasses. It has a ton of space! At one point, I shoved my 13" dell ultrabook laptop into the bag between the outside of the padded inserts and the back of the bag, and it fit! It fit neatly in my carry on roller bag when I traveled, and the straps were long enough to dangle cross body when I went out shooting. I have been out with this bag less than 10 times since purchasing it, and today I was out shooting photos when the strap SNAPPED while I was walking! It's a good thing I was walking on grass because the bag fell on the grass after the strap snapped. I had more than $3,000 worth of camera equipment in my bag, and if the strap would've snapped while I was on concrete, who knows what damage it could've done to my lens' in the bag! Upon closer inspection, the strap snapped at the stitching seams on the left side of the bag where the hook meets the sewed in strap. Definitely poor stitching on this product, and I would not trust buying another bag from them, especially if you have costly camera equipment in your bag. Unfortuantely, I was unable to return this bag due to their 30 day return policy and it's been 2 months since I purchased this bag. What a waste of $55!
