PRO's: Love the unlimited DVR! OK: Picture quality is pretty good, but not great, similar to YouTube videos ranging from 480 DVD quality to 720 HD. Wish it was higher res. CON's: Often can't find programs I'm looking for. The interface has a Home screen that lists "Top Picks for You", and some programs that I watch everyday aren't shown. It's strange that Google isn't better at showing me the things I would be interested in, like a program just recorded an hour earlier that I watch everyday. I instead have to go to the search page and find it that way, which is fairly time consuming. Another major CON is the price. When I signed up initially, the price was very attractive at $35 monthly for ~50 channels. Within 12 months, it went up to $50 (added another ~10 channels during that time). Now, together with my internet connection I'm back up near the same price I was paying before "cutting the cord". I've started looking at other streaming services again, but the unlimited DVR is hard to walk away from. Staying put for now. It now has over 60 channels, but I would definitely consider a skinnied down package if I could choose the channels I want. Give me 35-40 channels of my choice and take the price back to $35, and I'd be there in a heartbeat!
