Inaccurate temperature
***** PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS WILL SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.*****
Although the grill says it can reach 450 degrees, the true temperature only reaches to about 275 degrees (tested with 2 professional kitchen thermometers) which slows down the grilling time twice as much and making the meats dry - in my case I spent 25 minutes grilling a very well butterflied, 150g piece chicken.
