Hi All, I've never given any seller less than 4 stars here but feel like I need to warn everyone about our experience. Received the shoes on Sept 21, 2021, unwearable by Sept 27/2021. I bought a US size 12 for my husband (Richard) because typically he wears a US 11\12. The shoe fits just fine but after wearing it three times a hole appeared in the front seam of one of the shoes. (See photos. ). I contacted the seller thinking it fair to give them a chance to remedy things but the response I got was, "The image this does not look like a normal wear and tear that we’ve seen over the years . However, we can offer a $20 credit as we have never seen this exact kind of tear on our shoe." I wrote back to them saying it hadn't had time for normal wear and tear since this happened after the third time and haven't heard back from them. I would definitely not recommend it since the manufacturer doesn't back the quality of their product. VERY disappointed!!! None of his other shoes have ever done this so am pretty sure it's not his foot. Thank you.
