Bought this for my son's 2nd birthday. Made the mistake of buying it a 6 weeks prior to his birthday which essentially meant that almost half of the 90 day warranty period expired. That was my bad for buying it to early. He has used the Jeep on and off since September, but not more than 10 times as he is still a bit young for it. We got it out this weekend to play with and it turns on, but won't drive. We went back to the manual which did not help, we have reached out to their customer support for help, but all we were told was the product is outside of the 90 day warranty. Not even any help in regards to paying for replacement parts to get it fixed. Bad experience. Bottom line: 90 DAY WARRANTY - Be Careful. Poor customer support - Product shouldn't break after minimal usage.
