Delonghi and their Magnifica machines have gone down hill, save yourself the headache/$
We have owned at least 6 Magnificas. Years ago they used to last. Now, we are lucky if they make it 2 years. The customer service which once was OK has become terrible. They don't stand behind their products. We descale often and baby our machines but they break repeatedly. With the nearest service center 150 miles away from our major city, $200 to look at it, etc. it's really ridiculous. Our basement looks like a Magnifica graveyard. We're done with them.
