Goes flat QUICK
The pillow looked great, felt great, slept great. For about... 2 weeks. honestly, after that it was about as flat as a pancake and offered no support whatsoever. I would have expected more from a company like Serta. Washing, drying, or otherwise attempting to fluff the pillow back to life had no effect.
