Received the unit well packaged.....opened it up...read the instructions....grabbed a package of meat and one of their provided sealing bags. Inserted meat into bag, bag into unit and set the controls and locked the lid and turned on the unit. A mighty noise arose from the unit but alas it neither sucked the air from the bag or sealed the bag. I dutifully called the Muelller customer assist number...hmmmm......talked to a person and after I explained the problem he asked me to email them a short video showing the unit in operation.......dutiful customer that I am I did so.....video clearly showed unit operating but doing nothing. The person stated the problem would most likely be resolved that day and they wouldn’t require me to send the unit back. Later that day I received an email asking me to check if the outlet the unit was plugged into was working and to let it set for 40 seconds. Worthless....stay away from these people.
