and I won't say it is garbage, but it is a ripoff
A friend of mine, out of a commendable struggle to get more money, got wrapped up with Plexus, and it frustrates me. I don't want to see others get drawn into this. I bought a bottle of the ProBio5 out of sympathy, and I won't say it is garbage, but it is a ripoff. I posted a picture of the ingredients label. You can see the amounts in each pill are very low. 150MG of vitamin C, for example, and only 2.5MG of Vitamin B6. 25MG of grape seed extract. 200MG of a few enzymes. I'm not saying those things are bad; rather, that you're getting very little in each capsule. There's a note below it all that says each capsule contains 2 billion live cells of the probiotics. That sounds like a lot, but it's not when it comes to probiotics. Check out the labels for other probiotics on Amazon if you don't believe me. You'll pay $35 for 60 ProBio5 capsules. Many other probiotics cost less for 60 capsules containing many more billions of cells. Vitamin C and B6 are both inexpensive. If you're interested in these supplements, you will save a lot of money in the long run by buying the ingredients separately and taking them together. With ProBio5, you're paying a premium for a woefully low dosage. Aside from that, Google "FDA Plexus" and see what comes up.
