I should have followed my first mind and kept it pushing to the next product. I have been knowing you get what you pay for since I was in my 20s. I'm 45 now. The high amount of good reviews is what got me to go through with the purchase, though. I received these slippers on Wednesday of this week. I did not open the box until Thursday morning. It is now Saturday and I have multiple problems. I wear a size 14. The slippers do not slip off of my feet because they fit nice and snug in the front. However, the rear the shoe will not stay around heels. It fits around my heels while I am sitting but as soon as I get up and walk my heels come free from the slipper. From step one. Again, they don't come off but it makes them hard to walk in. I have only worn these around the house and outside to let the dog use the restroom. I have not stubbed my foot in them or rubbed up against anything accidentally. No words need be said for picture one and I don't know what words to say about picture two. I don't know what's going on there. I don't even want them to send me a replacement pair. I'll just eat these as a loss and get a real pair of slippers.
