I gave it a 5-star at the beginning. Then yesterday I was packing it for a trip and when I removed the brush head, I almost threw it on the floor. The inside of it was covered fully with black mold. It was terrible! I've used many different types of electric toothbrushes before, but none of them required to disassemble the brush head daily for cleaning on the inside. After looking at it more closely there seems to be a design flaw that allows water to get inside the brush and gets trapped there creating an environment for mold to develop. I don't like returning things, but I can't comfortably brush teeth with this anymore. Sorry.
