This brush is the same style as the “furminator” (that is supposed to be the best brush for shedding dogs) and i have a husky that sheds non stop. So i figured id get this while it was on the deals of the day and not have to spend $30+ on the real thing. BIG MISTAKE!!! I always say “you get what you pay for” and in this certain case i got WAY less than i paid for. This thing probably pulls out about 20 hairs after a few good stokes down my dogs back where you can clearly see clumps of shedding undercoat. The other dog brush i have pulls out so much at a time it fills up the whole thing after one stroke and i can pull a HANDFUL of hair out. I was just hoping this would be more efficient so i wasn't spending an hour a day brushing my dog. It is a decent brush when it comes to design, and seems tough. But if i knew how poorly this brush worked, i would have just spent the $30 on the real thing and gave it a try. I wouldn't pay any more than $1 for this P.O.S. And i will be returning it. All in all this definitely is not good for my dog and i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.
