We loved this tea and went through a six-pack of boxes each month. We have started to find inconsistency from box-to-box and even from bag-to-bag. The last one was awful. I contacted the company over six times on the issue. They have promised to send replacement product and bring back to bad product for internal analysis. Every week they promise, every week they fail. We've had to give up on them and on this tea.
