Good luck!
The 6 pack bag is great, however the gel pack broke after the first use. I have been trying to contact the manufacturer for 2 weeks with no avail. This product is great, but if you get a defective product, good luck getting a replacement! With the amount of money this costs, defective products should be replaced immediately.
