I got my order on time on Friday, and I started to assemble the frame with no issues up to step number 5. Then, this thing you don’t want to happen when you are two steps from being done, happened. One of the parts was visibly shorter and it was impossible to screw to the corresponding part. I was offered a replacement but I was really upset and reject it. Adding to the frustration then you have to pack the dam thing again and take it to UPS as if you have nothing else to do. I have bought structures to assemble many times in the past, never an issue.
