It has been a little less than a week since it was delivered. I had heard that the box comes with wheels, mine did not, difficult to move. Bed was supposed to inflate to 12" (or 11.4" on the mattress tag), it is still only at 10" tall, somehow I lost 2 whole inches in my order. Also it has been less than a week and there is already a slight but definite permanent impression or dip in the mattress where I sleep. Don't believe the hype. It is a comfortable mattress, but buyer beware! You may pay for a 12" and only end up with a 10", and it may begin to have a dent in less than a week like mine.
