The SmartSense sensors are made in Mexico and they are imported to the UK. You have to take the backing off the sensor and read which one it is. The SmartSense sensors are being sold as SmartThings which is inauthentic product and they don't work with US base stations. All the sellers on here who are shipping SmartSense instead of SmartThings sensors are ripping you off. The SmartSense Multi sensors are counterfeit SmartThings Multi-Purpose sensors, although they are designed by Samsung they are made in Mexico and imported to the UK and they don't work with US base stations because the UK and the EU have a different Z-Wave frequency mandated by law. I just went through nearly 20 emails with the seller who sold me fake SmartThings sensors, and they were found out by sending a photo of their own product compared to Amazon's genuine product. If your sensors are not working take the backing off and read what it's called and then if it says Smart Sense multi you've been duped.
