I'm sorry, but where the hell is the "engraving" THAT'S IN the companies name?!... This is just painted on. Kind of stuff that can easily scratch off... FALSE ADVERTISING!!! ALSO, it states that items get shipped in 24-48hrs. (The reason WHY I specifically got them. Because 1 of my dogs has been playing Houdini lately & escaping the backyard) Well, they DO NOT ship within 24-48hrs, ignored my questions & emails twice, & took 11 days to arrive. DURING the long wait my dog escaped & was found by someone who called Animal Care & Control. LUCKILY I seen the truck drive down tje street as I was searching for him & was able to get him just in time. Otherwise he woulda got taken away. ALTHOUGH if he had is tag, the people would've just easily called me. The tags are nice & fit a lot of info. But I'm VERY disappointed. For no ENGRAVING, lying about shipping timing, & ignoring me multiple times in 2 contacting options. 👎Booo!👎
