I had originally given 5 stars for this product. And posted a picture of my cat wearing product for gosh sake. Well within 2 weeks, the tracker was no longer giving me the right area at the right time to find and secure my pet. At one point, GPS and tracker showed my cat was 4 miles away. I frantically tried to find him in the dark woods. Nope, he was right in the yard. I almost had a hyperventilation attack. I tried resetting, I called customer service (there is. none). I gave up after a while (had 3 events like this within days) and sent it back to Amazon. GET THIS! You can not cancel the subscription (yearly) when you send back. A whole 114 dollars, GONE. They will not refund. THINK carefully prior to purchasing. Thank you for reading. I hope this saves someone else from throwing away money.
