Poor quality. Ripped elastic on the first wear.
After wearing these once, the elastic side separated from the boot. I have thin ankles and didn't have any trouble getting them on with the use of the back loop, so I wasn't trying to jam anything in there. However, upon putting them on for the second time I noticed that the elastic had ripped. Very disappointing. I'm hoping Amazon or the manufacturer will offer a refund or replacement. These are too expensive to break on the first wear.
**Update: Amazon Customer Service promptly responded to my complaint and issued a replacement order without hesitation. They should arrive in 2 days. They also said there is no need to return the original, ripped pair. I am very satisfied with this level of customer service.
