This product is a nightmare. Adobe no longer supports their stand-alone products other than by blog and chat. After hours and hours of time on both, I finally got Lightroom 6 to load, only to discover the next day that Photoshop is now disabled. Now even trying to reinstall Photoshop CS5 from my disk results in failure. I have never been so frustrated with a company and it's lack of support.
