I received an InstantPot for Christmas so I purchased this book to get recipes. Unfortunately, just about every recipe that I would like to make requires a baking dish inserted into the pot. Where do I find a baking dish that will hold 8 servings and fit in the InstantPot? If I'm going to do that, I might as well cook it in the regular oven. A whole bunch of the recipes call for cooking, then release the pressure, then take the items out of the pot and add something else and cook in the pot and release the pressure, then saute, then add everything back together and on and on. I thought this pot was supposed to making cooking easier. The last thing is that no one edited this book. Quite a few of the recipe directions make absolutely no sense. I'm really disappointed in this cookbook.
