Not good if food enters inside
Thin wire balloons. They enter the handle with a gap around each wire. Not good if food enters inside; causing bacteria growth. They have rust on the handle and balloons. Not stainless steel. They are a composite. See attached photos. Go to Cash and Carry. They have solid stainless steel, sealed at the handle.
