At first the GoSafe 535 worked like a champ but after a little over a month of use the camera began to automatically stop recording. It will record for about one minute and then stop recording for anywhere from three to eight minutes and then repeat the cycle. After several attempts, Papago proved to me that their customer service is non existent. I received no replies to any of my customer service request e-mails or phone messages. The camera now sits at the bottom of my trash can! I understand electronic things can break and malfunction but based on their lack of customer service, I will never even consider buying another Papago product.
