Update: with new suction cups that I purchased, this product works fine. The cups set me back another few bucks (got a pack of them elsewhere) but that's what was needed to make this work. No signs of rust so far, which is a plus. Since the suction cup it comes with is useless and it is absolutely necessary for this product to work as intended, my star rating will stay the same. Word of advice, purchase suction cups separately if you want this product to not swing about or shift with use. Initial review (have not used it yet): TL;DR Suction does not work (warped; does not stick to smooth/flat surface) - causes caddy to swing left to right or tilt in one direction depending on where the weight is distributed. Features: - the suction cup is absolutely useless. Might as well not even include it. They are warped (see image) so even if you try and wet it, they will not stick. I might have to just buy different suction cups and replace them. The caddy will tilt left or right, depending on where the weight is distributed (see image) with blue shampoo on the left - causes the caddy to shift quite a bit to the right. - The clear plastic/rubber at the top (see image) to rest on the shower is a nice feature, since it won't rub metal to metal and cause the "anti-rust coating" to come off from the product. Appearance/durability: - The overall look is nice and seems sturdy, but only time will tell. I'll update this later on with how it is holding up. - One of the thin bars came a bit bent (see image), though not enough to make me return this or anything. I will leave it as it won't bother me, and bending this back might weaken it or even break it. Final thoughts: - I might have to see how this will work when it shifts so much (last picture with shampoo). It might be annoying enough where I will return this product... we shall see. Either I return it or I'll find a better suction cup to fix this issue.
