Sync disconnects every 5 minutes for about 4 minutes, multiple display options yet none that show both the time and step count (the pinnacle feature of all tracking devices since day 1), tap/swipe features rarely respond, rude tech support that give up after a restart won’t work, won’t stop vibrating while I’m on the phone to notify my that… I’m on a phone call, tons of online complaints citing all of these unresolved bugs, tiny display screen and it’s fashioned like a woman’s watch. I hate this and I’ve only had it for 5 hours.
