Purchased this product and it worked for about 6 months then quit. Would no longer keep temp and the customer support from Whynter was horrible. If the product fails after two months the purchaser is responsible for shipping. I no longer had the original packaging material so it would cost $60 to have a box made. The support staff at Whynter would send parts but they didn't know which parts were used in my unit. So I would have to verify which part I needed from a photo they sent. I have opted to junk the unit. I am over $600 invested with the food spoilage and purchase of the unit. I will find another alternative and will never consider a Whynter product. This experience has been horrific and Whynter is a prime example of a company who cares not for the consumer just getting the customers money.
