After assembling, tried out cycle and motion was very jerky. Determined the right pedal crank was defective. Called customer service and they said to expect the part in a week. Called 2 weeks later to find out when it would be shipped and Rebecca said it was on schedule already to go out that day. Called a week later, and was told it would be shipped by March 30th (19 days later). I told the rep I was very unhappy about being lied to the first 2 times and that response was unacceptable. She said they don't even manufacture this product so expediting the part was impossible. Really?! Sending it back. If this is the kind of service I get for what is probably a $5 part, then any warranty is obviously useless.
