I spent an excessive amount of time reading reviews before deciding to pull the trigger on a set of pots and pans as I wanted quality over quantity. I placed my order, paid for the product and waited with anticipation. Shortly there after I received notification that my order was shipped. After a few days I checked the tracking information to reveal ZERO information. A week goes by with no information on where the order is. I reach out to Amazon to find out I have to contact the company directly. I do so.. my order had been marked shipped but never been shipped. This was a total of 8 days. I finally receive the product and they are very visually pleasing. As I live alone and work a lot I don't cook with great frequency. After a total of maybe 4 uses of the medium sized frying pan.. using THEIR spatula provided with the set only.. the bottom of the pan became scratched up fairly well. I AGAIN reach out and after a few more days am told "we'll send a tracking number when a replacement is sent out" that was 8 days ago. The set cleans up beautifully, is comfortable to handle, cooks food well. They are NOT dishwasher safe. Which had I known this I would not have purchased them. This company is devoid altogether of any remorse, urgency or desire to correct the poor experience or defective product they provide. I eventually received a replacement for the scratched pan for it to arrive damaged. Out of the manufacturers hands of course. I contacted them yet again to tell them FedEx damaged their product but never received any type of reply. Also during the discussion of replacing the pan the owner emailed me berating me for posting this review.
