I received this item and initially loved it. But less than two months later it does not work! It reads that the ice bin is full and will not make any ice. I have written about my problem and it was forwarded to the supplier. Now almost two weeks later I have received no word from Amazon or the supplier. I want to return it for a refund. Please reply!!!!!!
