With over 3,000 reviews & a 4.7 out of 5 stars reviews, I really believed this was a sturdy & quality product. Boy was I wrong! I received it today in chrome & first off one notices how light & flimsy it is. Next one noticed how the tray is difficult to pull out & push in as it’s just riding or rubbing steel against steel. No rollers or plastic sliders either. There’s no way to be able to move the drawer/basket without the entire unit moving around. Thus it’s a two hand job, one to hold it in place & the other to pull or push the basket. The finish is definitely sub-par & if your in a humid environment, it will surely rust quickly. Additionally, my unit was missing one of the rubber feet which makes it unusable. In its current state it will 1) wobble & 2) scratch up the surface it sits upon. I have reached out to the company & Amazon to see what they can do with the missing parts. Bottom line: this is in no way worth $25 I paid for it! Save yourself trouble & look elsewhere.
