Ok, I bought a pack of this and have to say, it is truly borderline on just how 'big' that the netting hole-size is. First off, understand, most any netting will keep a mosquito out, but when it comes to midges, no-see-ums, etc., a lot of companies throw around words and mix them up like 'Mosquito Netting', then two lines down you read 'No-See-Um netting'. Well, which one is it? Real No-See-Um netting will stop a mosquito, but not the other way around. You also pay for that premium netting, too. Average cost on a bulk mosquito net is around $0.08 per sq. ft., while you will pay $0.25 to $0.35 per sq. ft. for real No-See-Um netting. Mosquito netting can get away with being 175-225 holes per sq. inch, while No-See-Um netting isn't what it claims, unless it has at least 400-holes per square inch (and good netting by good manufacturers list the hole count on the package for you, so YOU can see how fine of a mesh you are getting). Again, this MIGHT be for catching the BIGGEST No-See-Ums out there, but I don't think it's going to stop all of them, and we haven't even talked about the unit price yet! Again, this product is listing for almost DOUBLE of PREMIUM netting, and it isn't premium as far as fineness goes. You can get 500-hole count for this price, and it will stop ANYTHING but a soft breeze! Sorry, gotta take a pass on this for it being 'No-See-Um' netting. It is only 4.5 ft by 5 ft in size, barely enough to cover one window screen, at that. Shop a bit more on Amazon, there are GREAT deals out there. This isn't it.
