I cannot evaluate the product as a whole since I have not been able to get a batch completed yet. I bought this almost a month ago and have had vacuum pump issues since. The first was a broken part upon unpacking. They did send me a new demister that I installed. Then I tried running it and received mid batch vacuum failures. I ran through all of their troubleshooting guide suggestions and am 100% confident I have a bad pump. Called with no answer, submitted two tickets with no answer. Finally called again and was told I could get a 'service call' next week during the day when I am unavailable, because I do work. Any off hour opportunities are over a week away. I have a bad pump, a service call would only substantiate this yet I would have to wait a week for that and then likely another week to get a new one? I asked to speak to someone who can provide me service that will accommodate me and was told that they would call me back. I am not going to hold my breath and am not sure what I will do if they don't get back to me, I could be screwed. If that changes, I would certainly consider updating my review.
