Completely Useless - Returning the unit for a complete refund right now
The unit went offline every day at random times since installation, even though it was only 6 feet away from the router. There is no point in having a "smart" doorbell if you never know if it is going to be online. I am really disappointed in my first ever Ring purchase. I was planning on making my house a Ring Home but now I will have to look for other options. I welcome any recommendations.
