These wraps are great for covering food in containers and being in direct contact with dry food only. That said, it wasn't much use for things I need to wrap daily such as half cut avocados, tomatoes, lemons, i.e.. an attempt to rinse off avocado made my wrap start to flake which then turned to sticky residue. I then thought I could use this to wrap sandwhiches for lunch until I read that it's not advisable for use with meat or meat products. Not at all a proper substitute for plastic wrap, which is what I was hoping it could and would be.
