My children bought me this bedrest for a christmas gift. The lightbulb no longer works and is not replaceable. I contacted Brookston and customer service was horrible. I spoke with Wendy, who said she was a supervisor. She wanted me to send back the item at my expense and they would give me a gift card. I told her that no where in the ad does it say that once the light goes, it is not replaceable. I then got a phone message from Amanda who stated that there was nothing Brookstone could do. False advertising and inefficient customer service.
