I SO regret purchasing this air fryer !! I only used it about 4 or 5 times and it took a dump, no longer lighting/heating up so, yeah, it is BROKEN ! Right in the middle of making dinner too ! So, being a smart consumer I purchased the 4 year warranty ! *YAY*, um, NO ! I contacted the warranty people and because the manufacturer 1 year warranty is still in effect I have to contact them. Let me tell you what a disappointment that was !! I spoke to the rudest most unprofession jerk who only wanted to talk over me, raise his voice and demand that I see things his way, in other words, my air fryer is a stupid expensive paper weight and no one wants to help me ! I was told I would have to pay shipping for them to get it and look at it. Um, this thing is HEAVY !! I already paid $75 for something that worked 2 days past the seller return (so that's null) and now the manny wants to behave as is they have no idea what customer satisfaction means !! Hopefully this is an isolated case and others are happy with their purchase for much longer and can get their money's worth out of this thing. But Bottom line for me is, DO NOT purchase from DEAL CHASER and DO NOT purchase the NutriChef anywhere else as the manufacturer is terrible ! I do not think they will be in business too much longer with shoddy product and people who should not be working with the public !!!
