This product is far from fragrance free. The fragrance is very strong. Not only does is make all the cloths in the load smell, the cloths from the next few loads smell. This means that if wash baby cloths then wash work cloths, two loads latter the cloths have the smell. I am a man, and I would associate the smell with something that someone would relate to a baby. I do not want to wear cloths with this fragrance to work. I gave it 1 star because I could not give it zero stars. It works great, but the smell is overwhelming.
Today, I went to Toys-R-Us. I purchased Baby Oxyclean off their shelf. I have attached the receipt. It is less expensive to purchase in a store. The Oxiclean on the right is the one purchased from Amazon.com. It has a blue tint, strong odor, and a much different scoop. The one on the left was purchased at Toys-R-Us. It is white absolute no smell and a scoop that matches scoops in other Oxiclean products.
Today, I called Oxiclean. I asked Oxiclean to look at my picture I posted on Amazon.com. The Oxiclean representative, asked me for the manufacturing code on the Oxiclean that I bought from amazon.com. The manufacturing code was not on the container that I bought from amazon.com. The picture that I posted shows a red number on the rim of the Oxiclean tub is from the Oxiclean that I purchased from Toys R Us. The Oxiclean representative indicated that this product was must irregular.
My take on this is to look at the container that you ordered from amazon.com and if there are not red manufacturing numbers near the tube rim, like shown in my pictures, the best bet is that the product was not manufactured by Oxiclean.
Buyer beware.
