I got this product for my daughter from the website, silkn .com and after 28 days my daughter said the product was not working for her, that it would take forever for her to get all the hair gone. Like a good Dad, I tried to get her money back. I tried to contacted Customer Service 1-877-367-4556 the number on their website, after 1 hour I still did not have a human person to talk too. I called the other number on their website Office: 905-707-6787. The answering machine hangs up on you. I tried both number multiple times with no luck. I then tried to email Email: contact@silkn.com and never got a response at all. I finally had to call my credit card company to get a refund from this company. There is NO customer support at all – you will NEVER get a human on the phone. Just be careful if you decide to get this, because they do not stand behind their product.
