This pan was used twice. I washed the pan for the first time right before using it, the cheesecake came out great. After washing the pan, and using it a couple weeks later, water had gotten stuck in the bottom fold of the pan and the pan formed RUST. Rust leaked out into the Cheesecake crust. 2nd use of this pan is in photos. I’m not entirely sure how to expel the water from the bottom fold so it won’t rust. The pans non-stick layer also came off onto my cheesecake. I used a plastic utensil to remove cake from sides of pan and the film came off, again, into the Cheesecake and ruining it. Very disappointed and returning the pan.
