Great if pouring aluminum close to your brain sounds like a good idea
I've done quite a bit of research on this, in addition to talking with my holistic medical doctor (board-certified MD) and even complaining to the company, which refused to refund me. One of the reasons this product "works" is because of a chemical ingredient: Potassium Alum. It is essentially aluminum, a very drying chemical. Throw a drying aluminum powder into a "natural" product with a minty feel and, yes, you will have sales and happy customers, but you will also have customers pouring aluminum into their nasal cavity, very close to their brain.
Look up the research on aluminum toxicity and the brain. Look up the effects of potassium alum. Save yourself time and money by just buying Xlear, Sabadil, a nettie pot, goldenseal tinctures (a drying herb that you can add to nasal sprays), or saline sprays. Consider the Candida Diet or staying away from processed foods. For me, these options worked just as well. Sure, you don't get a chemically induced drying effect or a minty feel in your nose, but you also won't get a toxic metal collecting in your nasal cavity.
I am a layperson, not a medical doctor. I do not claim to be a medical doctor, so I am suggesting that you talk to your own doctor and do the research on your own. I love everything about this product EXCEPT for the potassium alum. Maybe I am overly cautious, but that is for you to decide after you do your own research and make your own informed judgements about this product and its ingredients.
