dislike that it broke less than 1 month of buying. Reported to Amazon in June and Ashley's sent a e-mail that I could put it back in the box it came in and ship it back or send pictures and get a discount. The box was already trashed and I am 73 yrs old and have had 2 back surgeries. It took 2 big guys to bring it in and they wanted me to re-box and return myself. I sent a reply that I could not do that because of my age and back. They gave no reply. Then I got Covid and was in lock down for 5 weeks before the fever stopped and am still having after effects. My family came to town yesterday and took these pictures but Amazon says my complaint has expired and they can not help and Ashley's will not respond. Also the zipper on the bottom of the chair is broken and ripped open.
