Not legal in US. For use in Japan only.
Not sure what's going on here. Bought h7 for my Mercedes and received these bulbs.
On the back of the packaging it says for not for use on public roads except in Japan and on the bottom of the bulb fixture it says not for use in europe/us while the Amazon description says DOT compliant, which is a United States department.
What's the deal Phillips?
