I hope someone reads this. I have 3 dogs. I use wipes all the time when the dogs go out. I buy boxes of these; like toilet paper, I never run out. After trying so many brands I settled on Earth Bath the Hypoallergenic with yellow label. These seem to agree with my little girls the best. I am on vacation and ran out so I did my favorite thing..logged onto Amazon and ordered 2 boxes.I have been scammed! Earth bath made a product change and their paper is now so thin it practically tears apart as you wipe paws and privates. The paper is so thin you can see thru it consequently it doesn't clean as well nor is it as soft. Today I called Earthbath in San Francisco. I was told, after a brief hold,that their customer service was unable to come to the phone would I like to leave a message. What? So, we're done. I can't tell you how disappointed I am that Earthbath is no different from anyone else out there who is trying to take advantage. Forget these!!
