Total scam. Please listen to the negative reviews. A kids and adult arrived same day. Ran into several issues right out of the box. On the adult the power adapter was not functioning. It can charge off the kids base though so we were able to determine it was the power adapter itself. But the next thing is the marketing and claims made by the company. The claims and directions in the instruction booklet claim that it’s a whole mouth cleaning product but it only does top OR bottom teeth then you have to flip and do the other teeth. Despite the instructions acting as though it should be fitting over both top and bottom for a full mouth cleaning in one go. Second, the power on these is so minimal I honestly can’t see how it could possibly be cleaning your teeth in a meaningful way. Seems like a total waste of money, and an expensive trip to the dentist in your future if you rely solely on this device for tooth care. Ironically, when I was ordering this I mostly saw positive reviews and now that I’m viewing the product again it’s showing me tons of negative reviews. I’m convinced this is a complete scam. DO NOT CHANCE IT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
