This book is not great. The main characters are annoying and have no chemistry. I’m not sure who started the “grumpy” trope, but I just wish it would stop. This character was not grumpy, he was a possessive, abusive, Neanderthal. No woman in her right mind finds that behavior attractive. There were also way too many characters, it was impossible to keep track. This is the fourth book of hers in a row that I disliked, probably my last.
